November 26, 2024: Heber City, UT 84032 Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT), 75-63 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Brighton advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Bengals host Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT) to meet the Soaring Eagle in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. The Soaring Eagle enter the match with a record of 2-0. Juan Diego Catholic won 59-52 in their recent non-league match against Hillcrest (Midvale, UT)
The Wasps now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Timpanogos for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. Wasatch will meet a Timberwolves squad coming off a 66-52 non-league win over Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT). The Timberwolves record now stands at 2-0.
