The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) and the host Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX), observed Steele's basketball team knock off Nixon by a score of 82-62.

The Knights (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Churchill (San Antonio, TX). The Chargers come into the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record.

In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 29. Nixon will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 48-30 non-league loss to Gonzales (Gonzales, TX).
