In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting West Union Eagles basketball team scored a close 47-46 triumph over the Shannon Red Raiders.

The Eagles (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against New Albany (New Albany, MS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record.
