November 26, 2024: Colfax, CA 95713 Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Pioneer Patriots (Woodland, CA), 56-27 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Colfax upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Falcons travel to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA) to face the Miners in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. The Miners enter the match with a record of 1-3. Nevada Union lost 39-36 in their recent non-league match against Pleasant Valley (Chico, CA)
The Patriots now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Campo for a non-league match on Wednesday, November 27. Pioneer will face a Cougars squad coming off a 77-31 non-league win over Center (Antelope, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
