Sheldon Huskies (Sacramento, CA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Destiny Christian Academy Lions (Sacramento, CA), 62-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Sheldon advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Huskies travel to Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Wednesday, November 27. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 1-0. Whitney won 74-18 in their recent non-league match against Oakmont (Roseville, CA)

The Lions now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sheldon for a non-league match on Thursday, December 5. Destiny Christian Academy will face a Huskies squad coming off a 83-65 non-league loss to Whitney (Rocklin, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.
