In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Salado Eagles basketball team scored a good 49-38 win over the Connally Cadets.

The Eagles (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Cleburne (Cleburne, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record.

In their next game, the Cadets battle the Midlothian Heritage Jaguars (Midlothian, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Connally will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Jaguars enter the battle with a 7-4 record after their 43-32 non-league loss to Richardson (Richardson, TX).
