Ohio High School Basketball - Woodmore holds off Genoa Area
November 26, 2024: Elmore, OH 43416 The Woodmore Wildcats basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Genoa Area Comets to 59 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host New Riegel for a Sandusky Bay - River game on Saturday, December 7.
With the loss, Genoa Area falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Fostoria (Fostoria, OH) to confront the Redmen in a Northern Buckeye game on Friday, November 29. The Redmen go into the game with a record of 1-0. Fostoria won 48-45 in their recent non-league game against Van Buren (Van Buren, OH)
