Georgia High School Basketball - Winder-Barrow trounced by Mill Creek
November 26, 2024: Winder, GA 30680 Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs (Winder, GA), 48-21 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Mill Creek advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Hawks host Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA) to face the Black Knights in a AAAAAA Region 8 match on Tuesday, December 3. The Black Knights enter the match with a record of 4-0.
The Bulldoggs now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berkmar for a non-league match on Saturday, November 30. Winder-Barrow will play a Patriots team coming off a 31-29 non-league win over Heritage (Newnan, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-4.
