The Socastee Braves basketball squad (Myrtle Beach, SC), was crushed 91-46 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, SC)

With the victory, Georgetown improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC) to battle the Sharks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 2. The Sharks come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. St. James won 69-42 in their recent non-league battle against Timberland (St. Stephen, SC)

The Braves now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnsonville for a non-league battle on Monday, December 1. Socastee will meet a Flashes squad coming off a 73-39 non-league loss to Georgetown (Georgetown, SC). The Flashes record now stands at 0-1.
