November 26, 2025: Baton Rouge, LA 70803 University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Destrehan Wildcats (Destrehan, LA), 58-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, University Lab advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Cubs host Brusly (Brusly, LA) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 2. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 5-1. Brusly won 39-17 in their recent non-league match against Avoyelles Charter (Mansura, LA)
The Wildcats now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McDonogh 35 for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 2. Destrehan will face a Roneagles squad coming off a 370-44 non-league win over Booker T. Washington (New Orleans, LA). The Roneagles record now stands at 3-0.
