California High School Basketball - Orthopaedic knocked off by Animo Robinson

November 27, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90007

The Animo Robinson Monarchs basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Orthopaedic Vipers to 36 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Monarchs now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maywood Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Animo Robinson will meet a Nighthawks team coming off a 70-55 non-league win over Aspire Ollin (Huntington Park, CA). The Nighthawks record now stands at 4-3.

The Vipers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Dr. Maya Angelou Community (Los Angeles, CA). The Phoenix enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Dr. Maya Angelou Community ran past Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA), 42-33, in a non-league contest.
