Arkansas High School Basketball - Atkins can't hold off Heber Springs
November 27, 2023: Heber Springs, AR 72543 The Heber Springs Panthers basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Atkins Red Devils to 50 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.
The Panthers now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to England for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 29. Heber Springs will battle a Lions team coming off a 68-25 non-league win over Perryville (Perryville, AR). The Lions record now stands at 6-0.
The Red Devils (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mayflower (Mayflower, AR). The Eagles come into the 3A Region 5 contest with a 2-1 record.
