Arkansas High School Basketball - Greenland overwhelmed by Ozark Catholic Academy
November 27, 2023: Springdale, AR 72762 The Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Greenland Pirates to 45 in the Griffins non-league victory on Monday.
The Griffins now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountainburg for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 29. Ozark Catholic Academy will battle a Dragons team coming off a 60-39 non-league loss to Hackett (Hackett, AR). The Dragons record now stands at 1-2.
The Pirates (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Yellville-Summit (Yellville, AR). The Panthers come into the 2A Region 1 contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Yellville-Summit triumphed over Norfork (Norfork, AR), 65-57, in a non-league contest.
