November 27, 2023: Double Springs, AL 35553 Phil Campbell Bobcats (Phil Campbell, AL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Winston County Yellowjackets (Double Springs, AL), 55-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Phil Campbell upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Phillips (Bear Creek, AL) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Phillips lost 72-23 in their recent non-league bout against Colbert County (Leighton, AL)
Next up, the Yellowjackets clash with the Carbon Hill Bulldogs (Carbon Hill, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Winston County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 71-68 non-league loss to West Point (Cullman, AL).
