Kentucky High School Basketball - Glasgow nips Russell County
November 27, 2023: Glasgow, KY 42141 Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Russell County Lakers (Russell Springs, KY), 42-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Glasgow upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Scotties travel to Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY) to play the Gators in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Lakers play the Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Russell County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
