The Central A & M Raiders topped the visiting Arcola Purple Riders basketball team by a final score of 46-38 in Monday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Meridian Hawks (Macon, IL) in a Central Illinois game, on Thursday, November 30. Central A & M will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Hawks enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 42-33 non-league loss to Illini Central/Greenview (Mason City, IL).

With the defeat, Arcola moves to 2-2 on the year. The Purple riders travel to Salt Fork (Sidell, IL) to face the Storm in a non-league game on Thursday, November 30. The Storm enter the game with a record of 3-2. Salt Fork won 43-14 in their recent non-league game against Rantoul (Rantoul, IL)
