Iowa High School Basketball - Bondurant-Farrar nips Knoxville
November 27, 2023: Knoxville, IA 50138 Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays (Bondurant, IA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Knoxville Panthers (Knoxville, IA), 46-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Bondurant-Farrar upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bluejays travel to Winterset (Winterset, IA) to play the Huskies in a Raccoon River bout on Friday, December 1. The Huskies come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Winterset won 55-40 in their recent non-league bout against Creston (Creston, IA)
Next up, the Panthers play the Cardinal Comets (Eldon, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Knoxville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Comets come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 48-41 non-league win over Van Buren County (Keosauqua, IA).
