In Monday's non-league outing, the Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Desert Christian Knights (Lancaster, CA), by a count of 71-46.

The Dons (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Providence (Burbank, CA). The Pioneers go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Providence smashed Santa Clara (Oxnard, CA), 46-33, in a non-league outing.
