Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Howland Tigers (Warren, OH) and the visiting Ursuline Fighting Irish (Youngstown, OH), saw Howland's basketball squad hold off Ursuline by a tally of 44-37.

With the victory, Howland improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Girard (Girard, OH) to battle the Indians in a non-league battle on Thursday, December 1.
