Arkansas High School Basketball - Abundant Life crushes Mount Ida
November 28, 2023: Mount Ida, AR 71957 Abundant Life Owls (North Little Rock, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mount Ida Lions (Mount Ida, AR), 57-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Abundant Life upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Owls host Legacy Academy (Lockesburg, AR) to clash with the Warriors in a Heartland Christian bout on Friday, December 1. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Legacy Academy lost 84-66 in their recent league bout against Columbia Christian (Magnolia, AR)
Next up, the Lions clash with the Lafayette County Cougars (Stamps, AR) in a 1A Region 7 bout, on Friday, December 1. Mount Ida will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 64-59 non-league loss to Harmony Grove (Camden, AR).
