Illinois High School Basketball - Manteno tipped by Bradley-Bourbonnais
November 28, 2023: Manteno, IL 60950 The Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Manteno Panthers to 59 in the Boilermakers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Boilermakers now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln-Way West for a SouthWest Suburban - Red contest on Friday, December 1. Bradley-Bourbonnais will meet a Warriors team coming off a 61-54 non-league win over Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.
The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Peotone (Peotone, IL). The Blue Devils enter the Illinois Central 8 contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Peotone was nudged by Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL), 71-42, in a non-league contest.
