The Collegiate (Richmond, VA) varsity basketball team won Tuesday's home non-conference game against Grace Christian School (Mechanicsville, VA) by a score of 69-52.
The Collegiate Cougars basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Grace Christian School Kings to 52 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saint John Paul the Great Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Collegiate will battle a Wolves team coming off a 91-86 non-league win over The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Wolves record now stands at 1-0.
The Kings (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Williamsburg Christian Academy (Williamsburg, VA). The Eagles enter the VISAA Division IV contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Williamsburg Christian Academy was defeated by Hampton Christian Academy (Hampton, VA), 69-47, in a non-league contest.
