Illinois High School Basketball - Johnsburg can't hold off IC Catholic Prep
November 28, 2023: Elmhurst, IL 60126 The IC Catholic Prep Knights basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Johnsburg Skyhawks to 55 in the Knights non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marmion for a Chicago Catholic - White contest on Friday, December 1. IC Catholic Prep will battle a Cadets team coming off a 70-64 non-league win over Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL). The Cadets record now stands at 3-2.
The Skyhawks (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Grant Community edged Woodstock (Woodstock, IL), 59-44, in a non-league contest.
