The Portola Tigers basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Truckee Wolverines to 52 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lassen for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Portola will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 56-46 non-league win over Modoc (Alturas, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-3.
