The Sunnybrook Christian Lions basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Sabinal Yellowjackets to 59 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Poteet for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Sunnybrook Christian will battle a Aggies team coming off a 47-41 non-league loss to McMullen County (Tilden, TX). The Aggies record now stands at 0-1.

The Yellowjackets (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Nueces Canyon (Barksdale, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Nueces Canyon was nudged by Center Point (Center Point, TX), 42-23, in a non-league contest.
