Michigan High School Basketball - Walled Lake Western nips Seaholm
November 28, 2023: Birmingham, MI 48009 Walled Lake Western Warriors (Walled Lake, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI), 54-47 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Walled Lake Western upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Warriors host Haslett (Haslett, MI) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Haslett lost 69-48 in their recent non-league bout against Laingsburg (Laingsburg, MI)
Next up, the Maples play the Adams Highlanders (Rochester, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Seaholm will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Highlanders come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 52-48 non-league win over Milford (Highland, MI).
