The Springtown Porcupines basketball team scored 80 points and held the host Western Hills Cougars to 39 in the Porcupines non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Porcupines now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitesboro for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Springtown will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 44-32 non-league win over Henrietta (Henrietta, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-1.

The Cougars (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Worth Country Day (Fort Worth, TX). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Fort Worth Country Day triumphed over Life Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX), 41-33, in a non-league contest.
