November 28, 2023: Arlington, TN 38002 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. George's Gryphons (Collierville, TN) and the host Bolton Wildcats (Arlington, TN), saw St. George's's basketball squad hold off Bolton by a count of 55-48.
With the victory, St. George's upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Gryphons host Brighton (Brighton, TN) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Brighton won 64-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Tipton-Rosemark Academy (Millington, TN)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Munford Cougars (Munford, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 30. Bolton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 34-31 non-league loss to Overton (Memphis, TN).
