November 28, 2023: Dallas, TX 75217 The Carter-Riverside Eagles basketball team (Fort Worth, TX), was overwhelmed 48-8 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Samuell Spartans (Dallas, TX)
The Spartans now possess a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Polytechnic for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 5. Samuell will battle a Parrots team coming off a 42-18 non-league loss to Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX). The Parrots record now stands at 2-5.
The Eagles (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Palmer (Palmer, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Palmer was overwhelmed by Venus (Venus, TX), 60-45, in a non-league battle.
