Kentucky High School Basketball - Garrard County tops Collins
November 28, 2023: Lancaster, KY 40444 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY) and the visiting Collins Titans (Shelbyville, KY), saw Garrard County's basketball squad knock off Collins by a count of 52-43.
With the victory, Garrard County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Golden Lions travel to East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. East Jessamine won 52-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Paris (Paris, KY)
Next up, the Titans play the Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) in a District 30 challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Collins will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
