North Carolina High School Basketball - Forestview nips Palisades

November 28, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28278

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) and the host Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), saw Forestview's basketball squad hold off Palisades by a count of 49-45.

With the victory, Forestview upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Jaguars host North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, November 29. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. North Lincoln won 69-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC)

Next up, the Pumas play the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Palisades will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 55-51 non-league loss to Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC).
