Iowa High School Basketball - Humboldt nips Northwest Webster
November 28, 2023: Humboldt, IA 50548 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Humboldt Wildcats (Humboldt, IA) and the visiting Northwest Webster Cougars (Manson, IA), saw Humboldt's basketball squad hold off Northwest Webster by a tally of 50-43.
With the victory, Humboldt improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA) to play the Cadets in a North Central challenge on Friday, December 1. The Cadets come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Iowa Falls-Alden lost 44-36 in their recent non-league challenge against South Hamilton (Jewell, IA)
Next up, the Cougars play the South Central Calhoun Titans (Lake City, IA) in a Twin Lakes challenge, on Monday, December 4. Northwest Webster will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
