Wisconsin High School Basketball - Port Edwards tipped by Weyauwega-Fremont
November 28, 2023: Weyauwega, WI 54983 The Weyauwega-Fremont Warhawks basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Port Edwards Blackhawks to 67 in the Warhawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warhawks now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Amherst for a Central Wisconsin - East contest on Friday, December 1. Weyauwega-Fremont will meet a Falcons team coming off a 38-30 non-league win over Adams-Friendship (Adams, WI). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.
The Blackhawks (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pacelli (Stevens Point, WI). The Cardinals enter the Central Wisconsin - South contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Pacelli was nudged by Greenwood (Greenwood, WI), 56-49, in a non-league contest.
