November 28, 2023: Catawba, NC 28609 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) and the host Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC), saw South Iredell's basketball squad overcome Bandys by a tally of 58-46.
With the victory, South Iredell improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to West Iredell (Statesville, NC) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. West Iredell won 51-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC)
Next up, the Trojans confront the South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Bandys will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 37-27 non-league win over Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC).
