North Carolina High School Basketball - Mooresville overwhelms Northwest Cabarrus
November 28, 2023: Mooresville, NC 28115 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) and the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC), saw Mooresville's basketball squad wallop Northwest Cabarrus by a tally of 49-24.
With the victory, Mooresville improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Hough (Cornelius, NC) to play the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Trojans play the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 57-54 non-league win over South Stanly (Norwood, NC).
