California High School Soccer - Burroughs held off by West Ranch
November 28, 2023: Burbank, CA 91506 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the West Ranch Wildcats (Valencia, CA) and the host Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA), saw West Ranch's soccer squad get by Burroughs by a margin of 4-3.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Castaic for a Foothill test on Thursday, November 30. West Ranch will meet a Coyotes squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Crespi (Encino, CA). The Coyotes record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Burroughs drops to 0-1 on the season. The Bears host Schurr (Montebello, CA) to meet the Spartans in a non-league test on Saturday, December 2. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 2-3. Schurr lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against La Habra (La Habra, CA)
