Louisiana High School Basketball - Maurepas ripped by Live Oak
November 29, 2021: Maurepas, LA 70449 The Live Oak Eagles basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Maurepas Wolves to 29 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Michael for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 30. Live Oak will battle a Warriors team coming off a 51-32 non-league loss to St. John (Plaquemine, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
The Wolves (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Covenant Christian Academy (Houma, LA). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Covenant Christian Academy was routed by South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA), 46-33, in a non-league contest.
