Utah High School Basketball - Merit Preparatory Academy nips Pinnacle
November 29, 2021: Springville, UT 84663 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Merit Preparatory Academy Knights (Springville, UT) and the visiting Pinnacle Panthers (Price, UT), saw Merit Preparatory Academy's basketball squad hold off Pinnacle by a count of 33-28.
With the victory, Merit Preparatory Academy upgrades its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Summit Academy (Bluffdale, UT) to play the Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 30. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Panthers play the Piute Thunderbirds (Junction, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 3. Pinnacle will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
