Ohio High School Basketball - Ansonia nips Coldwater
November 29, 2022: Ansonia, OH 45303 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH) and the visiting Coldwater Cavaliers (Coldwater, OH), saw Ansonia's basketball squad hold off Coldwater by a tally of 44-43.
With the victory, Ansonia improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Dixie (New Lebanon, OH) to play the Greyhounds in a Western Ohio challenge on Friday, December 2. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Dixie won 67-66 in their recent non-league challenge against Greenon (Springfield, OH)
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Jackson Center Tigers (Jackson Center, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 3. Coldwater will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
