California High School Basketball - Balboa holds off Kennedy
November 29, 2022: Richmond, CA 94801 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA) and the host Kennedy Eagles (Richmond, CA), saw Balboa's basketball squad hold off Kennedy by a tally of 49-45.
With the victory, Balboa improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to The Bay School (San Francisco, CA) to confront the Breakers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Breakers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. The Bay School won 53-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Oceana (Pacifica, CA)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Summit K2 Dragons (El Cerrito, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, November 30. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 63-40 non-league loss to Leadership Public Schools Richmond (Richmond, CA).
