Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bishop's Knights (La Jolla, CA), 64-61 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Helix upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Torrey Pines won 96-65 in their recent non-league bout against Orange Glen (Escondido, CA)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Christian Patriots (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 30. Bishop's will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 60-55 non-league loss to Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA).
