Illinois High School Basketball - Chicago Vocational ripped by Kankakee
November 29, 2022: Kankakee, IL 60901 The Kankakee Kays basketball team scored 94 points and held the visiting Chicago Vocational Cavaliers to 33 in the Kays non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Kays now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harlan for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Kankakee will battle a Falcons team coming off a 43-33 league loss to Dyett (Chicago, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 1-5.
The Cavaliers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Urban Prep-Bronzeville (Chicago, IL). The Lions enter the Chicago Public - White South contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Urban Prep-Bronzeville was routed by Lindblom (Chicago, IL), 83-53, in a non-league contest.
