Georgia High School Basketball - Hancock Central tops Jefferson County
November 29, 2022: Sparta, GA 31087 Hancock Central Bulldogs (Sparta, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Jefferson County Warriors (Louisville, GA), 62-43 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Hancock Central upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Baldwin (Milledgeville, GA) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Baldwin won 70-48 in their recent non-league bout against Central (Macon, GA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Laney Wildcats (Augusta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Jefferson County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 42-35 non-league win over Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA).
