Iowa High School Basketball - Saydel nips South Tama County
November 29, 2022: Des Moines, IA 50313 Saydel Eagles (Des Moines, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting South Tama County Trojans (Tama, IA), 63-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Saydel upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Clarke (Osceola, IA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Trojans play the West Delaware Hawks (Manchester, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. South Tama County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 52-45 non-league win over Center Point-Urbana (Center Point, IA).
