November 29, 2022: College Park, GA 30349 The Banneker Trojans routed the visiting Newnan Cougars basketball team by a final score of 64-12 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 2. Banneker will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 2-1 record after their 59-36 non-league win over Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA).
With the defeat, Newnan moves to 0-3 on the year. The Cougars host East Paulding (Dallas, GA) to face the Raiders in a AAAAAA Region 5 game on Tuesday, December 6. The Raiders enter the game with a record of 1-3.
