November 29, 2022: Bryan, TX 77802 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Second Baptist Eagles (Houston, TX) and the host Bryan Vikings (Bryan, TX), saw Second Baptist's basketball squad hold off Bryan by a tally of 53-46.
With the victory, Second Baptist improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Lutheran South Academy (Houston, TX) to play the Pioneers in a TAPPS 5A District 5 challenge on Wednesday, December 7. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Lutheran South Academy won 56-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart (Houston, TX)
Next up, the Vikings play the Alief Hastings Bears (Houston, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 1. Bryan will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 58-47 non-league win over Klein Oak (Spring, TX).
