November 29, 2022: Beloit, WI 53511 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Burlington Demons (Burlington, WI) and the host Turner Trojans (Beloit, WI), saw Burlington's basketball squad hold off Turner by a tally of 58-52.
With the victory, Burlington improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Demons host Waterford (Waterford, WI) to play the Wolverines in a Southern Lakes challenge on Friday, December 2. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Waterford won 78-64 in their recent non-league challenge against Milton (Milton, WI)
Next up, the Trojans play the Evansville Blue Devils (Evansville, WI) in a Rock Valley challenge, on Thursday, December 1. Turner will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 57-53 league win over Edgerton (Edgerton, WI).
