November 29, 2022: Cross Plains, TX 76443 The Throckmorton Greyhounds (Throckmorton, TX) basketball felled the host Cross Plains Buffaloes (Cross Plains, TX), 49-34 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Greyhounds (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Eula (Clyde, TX). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Eula thwarted Woodson (Woodson, TX), 50-11, in a non-league test.
The Buffaloes now own a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Faith Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, December 1. Cross Plains will encounter a Flames squad coming off a 45-26 non-league win over San Juan Diego Catholic (Austin, TX). The Flames record now stands at 2-2.
