November 29, 2022: Atlanta, GA 30349 Hapeville Charter Hornets (Atlanta, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Douglass Astros (Atlanta, GA), 47-22 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hapeville Charter upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to Holy Innocents Episcopal (Atlanta, GA) to play the Golden Bears in a AAAA Region 6 bout on Friday, December 2. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Holy Innocents Episcopal lost 59-49 in their recent non-league bout against Galloway (Atlanta, GA)
Next up, the Astros play the Midtown Knights (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Douglass will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 50-42 non-league loss to Cambridge (Milton, GA).
