North Carolina High School Basketball - A.L. Brown crushes Mount Pleasant
November 29, 2022: Kannapolis, NC 28083 A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC), 56-29 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, A.L. Brown upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wonders travel to Central Academy (Monroe, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Central Academy lost 51-28 in their recent non-league bout against Union Academy (Monroe, NC)
Next up, the Tigers play the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Mount Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Spiders come into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 45-36 non-league win over Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC).
